Power station gate valves

Product features:

1、Products are designed according to NB/T 47044 and ASME B16.34 standards.

2、The valve stem is tempered and nitrided, with high temperature resistance, wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.

3、Valve body cavity adopts pressure self-tight sealing structure (Wood seal), the higher the pressure of the valve body cavity the better the sealing performance.

4, the gate structure has a resilient wedge gate and wedge double gate two forms, resilient wedge single gate relying on the media force will be forced to press the gate to the valve seat to ensure that the sealing surface of the seal. And the gate has elasticity, can compensate for processing or high temperature difference under the deformation, to meet the sealing requirements. Wedge-type double gate adopts the structure of the gate frame, with easy maintenance, according to the valve body automatically adjust the sealing angle and other functions of good sealing effect.

5, the valve seat, gate sealing surface using cobalt hard alloy surfacing or plasma spray welding and become, high temperature wear-resistant, anti-scratch performance.
