Structural features of the new energy-saving cooling and pressure reducing device:
The HQWY series cooling and pressure reducing device is a new generation of environmentally friendly energy products developed by Huanqiu Valve Group based on the advanced structures and technologies of cooling and pressure reducing at home and abroad, combined with more than 20 years of production experience and practical summary data. It consists of four parts: cooling and pressure reducing valve, steam pipeline, cooling water pipeline and control system.
1. Temperature and pressure reducing valve:
High-temperature and high-pressure steam is cooled synchronously inside a valve body while reducing pressure, so as to realize the self-regulation of steam. Its pressure reducing parts are mainly porous cage-type noise reduction structures, and are equipped with flow equalization covers to ensure the stable operation of the steam at the valve outlet. The internal pressure reduction stages are determined by the pressure difference between the steam inlet and outlet. The design calculation of each pressure drop is strictly controlled to avoid the generation of blocking flow, thereby reducing the wear of the throttling parts and reducing the vibration and noise generated by the high-speed steam flow. Its temperature reduction is completed by the temperature reduction device configured in the valve. The temperature reduction water is sprayed through the automatic adjustable atomizing nozzle in the temperature reduction device. The water mist is instantly mixed with the high-speed steam flow, so that the high-temperature steam is quickly reduced to low-temperature steam, avoiding the appearance of water droplets inside the pipeline, protecting the valve and the inner wall of the pipeline, and achieving a better temperature reduction effect. In addition, the water injection amount on the nozzle can change synchronously with the change of steam load, thereby ensuring sufficient water injection speed, improving the atomization effect compared with the fixed nozzle, and being suitable for lower steam loads.
The valve seat adopts a single valve seat structure, which reduces the leakage compared with the double valve seat. The throttle holes on the pressure reducing parts are strictly arranged in a linear manner. When the valve disc is lifted, it can be adjusted continuously and stably (0-100%), ensuring the accuracy and precision of the adjustment.
The valve integrates the three functions of pressure reduction, temperature reduction and silencing in the valve body at one time, which greatly reduces the large footprint of the original device.
2. Steam pipeline:
Due to the use of the temperature reduction and pressure reducing valve, the mixing pipeline for separate water spraying and temperature reduction in the original temperature reduction and pressure reducing device is cancelled, which shortens the length of the entire device by about 1/2, with a compact structure, small footprint, and reduced engineering investment. Safety valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, etc. are installed on the pipeline to ensure the safe operation of the device.
3. Temperature reduction water system:
The temperature reduction system consists of a temperature reduction water regulating valve, a check valve, a stop valve, a filter and a temperature reduction water pipeline. The temperature reduction water regulating valve has a cage sleeve structure or a high pressure difference labyrinth disc structure inside, which can withstand a high pressure difference and can stably control the temperature reduction water flow. The valve seat is composed of a single sealing structure, and the valve is closed and opened at a small degree to prevent the leakage from being too large and unstable. The same caliber regulating valve has different CV values to choose from, which can ensure the accuracy and sensitivity of the regulation.
4. Thermal regulation device:
The device control system consists of two parts: an automatic control cabinet (or DCS system) and an electric actuator. The control method can be customized according to the ordering needs. The automatic control cabinet instruments include: inlet temperature display, inlet pressure display, outlet temperature regulator, outlet pressure regulator, alarm, etc. The steam pressure regulation is measured by the on-site pressure transmitter, and the steam pressure is converted into 4-20m, current signal. The regulating instrument transmits the signal to the electric actuator, driving the temperature reduction and pressure reducing valve to achieve the purpose of pressure regulation. The steam temperature regulation transmits the temperature signal to the regulator through the on-site thermal resistor (thermocouple). The regulator automatically calculates the valve position opening signal through the set program, drives the temperature reduction regulating valve to operate, adjusts the temperature reduction water volume, and achieves the purpose of temperature reduction.
